Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mechanical Drafter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams for mechanical systems and components, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software for mechanical systems and componentsInterpret and analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and other documentationCollaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to develop and refine mechanical designsEnsure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulationsMaintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and design changesAssist in the preparation of project documentation and reportsProvide technical support during the manufacturing and assembly processesConduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of drawingsRequirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical draftingProficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practicesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00
