Job Title: Mechanical Drafter

Job Description

The Mechanical Drafter handles low to moderate complexity tasks, prepares necessary drawings and data, and interacts with other departments to resolve customer order and manufacturing issues under the supervision of the Drafting Manager/Supervisor. Limited customer contact may be required.

This position is hybrid after the initial training period. Employees enjoy 9 holidays, including 1 floating holiday, and 3 weeks of PTO. Additionally, there are 32 hours of personal time available. Benefits start on the 1st of the next month. The 401(k) plan includes employer contributions ranging from 1% to 4.5%, depending on employee contribution levels.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $56160.00/yr.

9 holidays – 1 is floating and then 3 weeks of PTO (2.31 hours per week is the accrual)
32 hours of personal time as well.
Benefits start 1st of the next month.
