**Job Title: Mechanical/Electrical Assembler CONTRACT** **Job Description** We are looking for skilled individuals to assist with Inventory Changeovers at a distribution site. The role involves using impact drills, hand tools, and schematics to complete various assembly and inventory tasks. **Responsibilities** + Mechanical Assembly Technicians: Use conventional, electrical, and battery-operated tools for drilling, tapping, levelling, cutting, torquing, fixing, bending, and assembling. + Cable Management (Electrical Technicians): Use conventional and battery-operated tools for cable management, including cable trays, junction boxes, and conduits installation and de-installation, as well as sensors and connectors connection and disconnection. Prepare general low voltage (<48V) cabling. + Material Handlers: Use manual pallet jacks and simple tools to remove packaging and accommodate them according to safety best practices. **Essential Skills** + Experience in warehouse, construction, or mechanical fields + Proficiency in loading/unloading trucks + Attention to detail + Ability to follow blueprints + Mechanical assembly experience + Electrical assembly experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General production experience + Skill in using hand and power tools + Heavy lifting capability + Experience in carpentry, industrial repair, and general labor + Knowledge in quality assurance (QA) processes + Forklift operation experience + Data entry skills **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive pay for this short-term contract opportunity.
