Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop mechanical solutions for precast products Oversee the implementation of mechanical processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of production Identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance mechanical processes and product efficiency Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and production teams Participate in the procurement and installation of mechanical equipment Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to enhance workplace safety Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source high-quality mechanical components Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative work environment

 

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

5-8 years of experience in the precast industry (Preferred)
