Description:
Hire Resolve’s Client is currently looking for an Mechanical Engineer to join their mining company based in Limpopo.

Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance work on mechanical equipment, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and deadlines. Design and implement mechanical solutions to enhance performance and reduce downtime. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment like crushers, kilns, and conveyors. Work with teams to improve production processes and safety standards. Create and execute preventative maintenance plans to reduce failures. Offer technical support and training to staff. Develop methods, define procedures, and ensure their implementation. Optimize maintenance operations to maximize equipment availability. Schedule daily tasks and allocate necessary resources effectively.

Requirements:

Grade 12 Degree in Mechanical Engineering 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the cement industry or relevant field. Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and motor circuits Knowledge of gearboxes, transmissions, welding techniques, lubrication, non–destructive tests and general mechanics. Valid Driver’s License
