Fortune Brands Innovations Group, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Meriden, CT with the following requirements: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent degree. 3 years related experience.  Required skills: Assist in all phases of product development lifecycle, develop engineering designs using 3D CAD software, prototyping, testing and support production; Design products in conformance with necessary agency standards such as UL; Design and 3D print test fixtures, develop test procedures, perform testing, and evaluate results; Generate system documentation including Inspection protocols, Process Control Documents such as FMEA, Control Plan, First Article inspection reports. 20% travel required; 20% telecommuting allowed; must live within normal commuting distance of Meriden, CT.
