Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Job Description

Our client designs and manufactures electrical belt-fed Gatling guns for special operations, with unique mounts for fixed-wing, rotorcraft, marine vessels, and ground vehicles. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, test, and validation of gun components, mechanisms, mounts, and manufacturing tooling. Aerospace design experience is highly desirable. You will participate in a wide array of activities supporting Research & Development, and Design & Development efforts. You should possess a good functional understanding of statics, strength of materials concepts, and the design/implementation of basic mechanical systems. You will be involved in all stages of the product lifecycle, from inception through retirement, including testing, analysis, physical assembly/prototyping, production support, and technical support for fielded designs.
