Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Job Description

Research, analyze, and calculate data such as customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to determine the feasibility of design or application. Prepare design criteria and bid packages for pricing by subcontractors. Participate in estimating processes for building systems. Analyze subcontractor proposals to confirm criteria are being satisfied. Review construction documents and construction installations from subcontractors to confirm compliance with scope and contract documents. Review and update engineering design standards.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Lexington, Kentucky and some days remote.

Work Environment

Travel for senior-level candidates will be monthly, junior-level will be 5-6 times a year. Can sit in Louisville, Lexington, Atlanta, or a surrounding city but needs to have a home office. In office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Remote Wednesday and Friday. Large corporate office with a collaborative environment.
