Mechanical Engineer

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Objective: Design and innovate mechanical and electromechanical systems for large manufacturing plants, with a strong focus on fluid flow and pressure drop analysis, structural stress analysis, and hydraulics. Assist with installation and troubleshooting at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed drawings and procure key components for automated systems. Conduct tests to ensure systems meet specifications, with a focus on fluid flow, pressure drop, and structural integrity. Perform structural stress analysis to validate designs and ensure safety and reliability. Manage project timelines and coordinate with various teams. Ensure designs stay within budget and on schedule. Identify and implement design improvements, particularly in hydraulic systems. Occasional travel for training and project needs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with project and sales managers to define machine functions and user interfaces. Review schematics with customers and address their questions. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 3-5 years of experience. Strong proficiency in fluid flow and pressure drop analysis, structural stress analysis, and hydraulics. Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electric motor systems. Experience with SolidWorks 3D or other CAD software. Knowledge of fluid flows, heat transfer, mechanics, and electromechanical systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Innovative thinking to develop efficient manufacturing solutions
