Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to design server racks, sub-assemblies, and perform system integration. The role primarily involves customization rather than designing from concept. You will also create Bills of Materials (BOMs), validate designs, and conduct thermal analysis.

ResponsibilitiesDesign server racks and sub-assemblies.Perform system integration for data center racks.Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs).Validate and ensure the accuracy of designs.Conduct thermal and structural analysis.Work with liquid cooling systems.Essential SkillsProficiency in SolidWorks for mechanical design.Experience in designing with sheet metal.Familiarity with system integration and server racks.Knowledge of thermal analysis and structural analysis.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Flotherm and Icepak.Experience with liquid cooling systems.Prior experience designing server racks and performing system integration is a plus.Work Environment

This position requires onsite work 5 days per week with a standard 8am - 5pm schedule, with flexibility to adjust start and end times by an hour. You will work closely with the Director of Business Development and the Director of Operations.
