Job Title: Mechanical EngineerJob Description Design and optimize the mechanical aspects of ASIC packages using advanced FEA analysis. Collaborate with a team to work across multiple packages and ensure reliability and performance for AI, networking, and high-performance computing applications. Responsibilities + Design ASIC packages for AI, networking, and high-performance computing applications. + Utilize advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to optimize reliability for large complex ASIC packages. + Evaluate numerical simulation results to ensure package performance and reliability. + Collaborate with a mixed mechanical/software packaging design team. Essential Skills + 8 years of experience in integrated circuit package design. + Proficiency in finite element analysis (FEA). + Experience with mechanical testing. + Proficiency in Siemens FloTherm and Ansys. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in semiconductor industry. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Work Environment This position is on-site at Fort Collins, working with a team of 7 on a mixed mechanical/software packaging design team.
