JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the development of and to establish design concepts of mechanisms and structures.
* Conducting trade studies, solid modeling, and conducting preliminary analysis in support of developing solutions to technical problems of varying complexity while assuring sound technical content which supports timely closure that supports the project's milestones.
* Generate and release drawings using CAD software.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
* 6-8 years of related experience
* 2-3 years of experience with:
- Design drafting standards in support of drawing definition and releasing thereof.
- Windchill and familiarity with PLM releases
- Creo
- 3D Models
- Computer Aided Design (CAD)
- Drafting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Good verbal and written communication skills are highly desirable.
* Multiple programs will be worked concurrently and the ability to coordinate and prioritize conflicting priorities is highly desirable.
