Industry-leading performance-based bonus program 100% employer-funded ESOP to all associates Traditional and Roth 401k Tuition reimbursement for associates Scholarship for associates’ children up to $28,000 per child 1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel 1-week paid volunteer leave each year 100% charitable match Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 3 weeks of vacation 100% paid 12-week maternity leave A DAY IN THE LIFE Provide preliminary design, develop detailed system plans, and specifications Responsible for equipment selection and negotiation, leveraging manufacturer and distributor relationships Perform heating and cooling load calculations to determine system requirements Collaborate with all vested parties to integrate HVAC systems with the overall building design Conduct system reviews and analysis to ensure compliance with building codes and energy efficiency standards Prepare technical documents, such as reports, calculations, and proposals Oversee the coordination the installation of HVAC systems Perform troubleshooting and assist with resolving HVAC system issues that may arise NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC design or a relevant field Proficiency in HVAC principles and calculations Strong understanding of building codes and energy efficiency standards Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines MAKE YOUR MOVE ARCO is a premier, full-service design-build general contractor with more than 30 years of experience providing clients with complete project delivery nationwide.
