Job Title: Mechanical EngineerJob Description We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, creating drawings for new products and updating existing products using SolidWorks. You will interact with Product Management to support estimating and lead design for custom application capital equipment. Additionally, you will create test plans and validate that they meet all specifications and requirements defined within the project. You will maintain accurate BOM by creating precise drawings and ensuring all parts are entered into the ERP System properly. You will lead engineering projects and track deliverables to ensure timelines are met from design concept to product launch through internal testing. Furthermore, you will interact with customers to develop, define, and clarify expectations related to new products and/or existing product improvements. Essential Skills + Proficiency in SolidWorks and 3D design. + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering degree. + At least 5 years of design and project management experience. + Experience with 2D and 3D Drawing (SolidWorks required). + Strong customer service and team collaboration skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering degree. + 3-5+ years of design and project management experience. Work Environment The majority of the day will be spent at a desk in the office, but you will also be required to go on the shop floor throughout the day.
