Job Description
Develop, evaluate, and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance processes to continuously improve the reliability performance on assets through proactive practices. Manage calibration program for process instrumentation. Control expenditures with respect to budget goals and maintain a cost reduction process to improve equipment failure costs by utilizing FMEA and Root Cause Analysis tools. Utilize CMMS (computerized maintenance management system – Maintelligence) to manage work order creation and execution and to help manage daily activities. Facilitate planning and execution of individual process line and sitewide outages.

The department comprises 23 individuals, including technicians, facilitators, and admins. The role involves reporting to personnel and managing direct reports. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00
