Mechanical Engineer
Sr. Mechanical Engineer Location: Wilsonville, OR Responsibilities: + Develop and support mechanical interfaces and components for multi-rack automated test stations. + Contribute to cross-functional teams to solve production and field testing problems, including design, prototyping, and environment testing. + Develop and review product designs, analyze requirements, and perform tolerance analysis. + Design test fixtures, cables, interconnects, and associated documentation. + Prepare and present technical information to peers, management, and customers. + Plan and manage tasks effectively. + Perform structural, thermal, vibration, and other environmental design verifications, prototype builds, and production transitions. + Apply moderate to complex mechanical engineering principles and techniques. Skills Required: + Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Ability to excel in a team environment, interacting with mechanical, electrical, software, and system engineers. + Proficiency in SolidWorks, NX Designer, and AutoCAD or similar design tools. + Capable of performing mechanical design and analysis to meet system requirements.
