Senior Mechanical Engineer
We are looking for a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with our mechanical engineering team to develop innovative solutions and support existing test systems. You will leverage your development and debugging skills to create mechanical interfaces and components for multi-rack automated test stations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop, document, modify, and support production designs.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve production and field-testing challenges, including initial design, prototyping, and environmental testing.
+ Review and analyze product designs and development requirements.
+ Design test fixtures, cables, interconnects, and associated documentation.
+ Perform tolerance analysis.
+ Prepare and present technical information to peers, internal management, and customers.
+ Plan and manage tasks effectively.
+ Specific tasks include enclosure structural design, thermal and vibration considerations, design verification, prototype builds, and transitioning to production.
Qualifications:
+ Proven ability to excel in a team environment, interacting with various engineering teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and System Engineers).
+ Proficiency in SolidWorks, NX Designer, and AutoCAD (or similar design tools).
+ Strong mechanical design and analysis skills to meet system requirements.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $75.00
