Plan & Develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department Plan & Execute day to day operations activity and Maintenance of Equipment. To manage Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Schedule of Plant Equipment. To ensure downtime reduction by following the preventive maintenance. Predictive maintenance and planned breakdown maintenance. Responsible for Maintenance of all mechanical equipment. To Ensure timely maintenance and Services of equipment and facility. Ensure all safety measures must be taken at site & Ensure Zero accidents report. Responsible for keeping inventory of safety stocks of spares use in mechanical machineries. Supervise coordinate and schedule the activity of workers and ensure that safe working condition are observed. To ensure regular plant maintenance as per SOPs. To develop and coach existing talent in order to drive capability building and enhance team engagement and camaraderie. To ensure 100% adherence to safety norms for all personnel and staff . Manage and train to all technical and non-technical staff. 

Qualification -  

B. Tech / B.E. – Mechanical Engineering from Reputed Engineering Institute. 

 

Experience - 

2 to 5 Years in Maintenance of Mechanical Equipment.
