The projects serve clients in local and federal government, industrial, and corporate sectors. The mechanical engineers/designers work alongside a full-service, multidisciplinary team of professionals in a fast-paced and passionate work environment, delivering comprehensive design consulting to our customers. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of related MEP design experience and will be mentored by our dynamic team of engineering professionals while supporting a range of multidisciplinary projects. Responsibilities + Deliver comprehensive design consulting services to customers. + Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals. + Support a range of multidisciplinary projects. + Design and renovate military bases, defense installations, and specialized facilities worldwide. + Focus on stringent security, operational, and sustainability requirements in designs. + Optimize functionality, resilience, and cost-efficiency in designs. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit. + Experience with Federal Projects, including Federal Facility Design and Military Installation Design. + Understanding of Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC). + Comfortable with Heavy Production Design. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Revit Design experience. + 5+ years of related MEP design experience. Work Environment The work environment is hybrid and flexible, with up to 80% remote work possible after an initial 90-day in-office training period. The role involves heavy production design and working on multiple projects simultaneously, with federal design projects typically taking 6-9 months for the design phase. The office is newly renovated, and the company has been in business for 30 years. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $57.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
