Responsible for system placement, mechanical design, development schedule control, cost review and RFQ feedback etc.
The detailed responsibilities are:
• New project RFQ response.
• System placement and mechanical design proposal creating .
• System and Chassis detailed design (CAD files).
• Generate 2D drawings for tooling suppliers prior to tooling start or mass production.
• Collaborate with the internal product development team on material selection, part design and manufacturing feasibility.
• Failure analysis and solution evaluation.
• Assist shock & vibration engineer to perform the shock & vibration test.
• Perform tolerance analysis.
• Generate PCBA DXF.
• Generate mechanical BOM and EC management.
• Perform mechanical related test
