Job Description

Apply engineering principles to perform accurate calculations and analyses. Assist with field and analytical evaluations of product designs. Develop and update engineering and manufacturing drawings, specifications, and material requirements. Support the creation of technical documents, including design reports, technical letters, and customer deliverables. Participate in vendor and customer meetings and presentations. Conduct site visits to underground mines or tunnels, evaluate product performance, identify issues, and recommend corrective action if appropriate. Review and address drawing revisions to streamline the manufacturing process. Review customer orders to determine engineering needs and ensure timely support. Approve engineering records for manufacturing release. Assist in quality audits and testing of products as assigned. Edit and approve content for technical publications.

The role may require site visits to underground mines or tunnels. It involves collaboration with vendors and customers, as well as participation in meetings and presentations. The work environment includes the use of AutoCAD, FEA analysis, and 3D modeling tools. The position may involve occasional quality audits and testing of products.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $80000.00
