Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Field Service Engineers conduct a broad range of inspection, engineering, and supervisory tasks in support of in-house testing, installation, start-up, and service/repair of a full range of industrial equipment.

ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections and engineering tasks related to industrial equipment.Supervise the installation and start-up of new equipment.Perform service and repair tasks on a variety of industrial machines.Troubleshoot PLCs to identify and resolve issues.Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.Assist companies with the installation of new equipment.Write project plans, test plans, and equipment manuals.Essential SkillsField Service Engineering experience with motor-controlled hydraulic and pneumatic industrial machines.Ability to troubleshoot PLCs.Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.Strong communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsBS Degree in Engineering is preferred.Experience with mechanical systems (hydraulic and pneumatic), electrical systems (PLC, motor controls, sensors).Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) both domestically and internationally.

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65
