Exciting Opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer!

Are you ready to take your mechanical design career to the next level? We are seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team! Key Responsibilities:

Design and draft HVAC systems using AutoCAD for commercial interior projects.Create post-approval amendment drawings and manage contractor submittals/shop drawings.Conduct load calculations (Carrier – HAP preferred, TRANE TRACE is acceptable).Perform site surveys to document existing conditions.Evaluate building energy performance through on-site measurements and energy analysis methods.Write specifications, estimate costs, and select appropriate equipment.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of mechanical design experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD and mechanical markups.Strong HVAC design experience within commercial interior fit-outs and outpatient medical facilities.Familiarity with uploading drawings to DOB Now.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00
