Mechanical Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and update refrigeration products with expertise in system analysis, control systems, and manufacturing techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering 1-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in Solidworks or other 3D modeling software Knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, heat transfer, or similar equipment

Preferred Skills:

Experience with electrical controls/wiring Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication Solidworks CFD experience

Responsibilities:

Conduct refrigeration, system, and airflow analysis Develop control systems and manufacturing techniques Collaborate with manufacturing teams to bring products to life Research and develop new or modified refrigeration systems from concept through production Perform system analyses including heat gain, thermodynamic studies, CFD, energy simulations, and failure mode analysis Hands-on assembly of components including piping and sheet metal cabinetry Define test requirements, analyze results, and evaluate equipment performance

Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
