Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Job Description

Responsible for engineering and project administration activities related to specific circuit breaker product families. Perform engineering analyses, including thermal, electromagnetic, dynamic, and structural, using experience applying basic engineering principles. Ensure compliance with specific ratings, product specifications, and standards requirements. Participate in cross-functional teams with Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, and Procurement functions. Perform methodical problem solving to assist in product line production. Support design activities, such as brainstorming, database management and development, design/peer reviews, and general analysis, including tolerance analysis, using experience with basic machine design. Ensure products meet requirements for Design for Manufacturing (DFM). Assist in root cause analysis by way of the 5 Why and Ishikawa processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00
