Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Job Description

Design and optimize the mechanical aspects of ASIC packages using advanced FEA analysis. Collaborate with a team to work across multiple packages and ensure reliability and performance for AI, networking, and high-performance computing applications.

ResponsibilitiesDesign ASIC packages for AI, networking, and high-performance computing applications.Utilize advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to optimize reliability for large complex ASIC packages.Evaluate numerical simulation results to ensure package performance and reliability.Collaborate with a mixed mechanical/software packaging design team.Essential Skills8 years of experience in integrated circuit package design.Proficiency in finite element analysis (FEA).Experience with mechanical testing.Proficiency in Siemens FloTherm and Ansys.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in semiconductor industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Work Environment

This position is on-site at Fort Collins, working with a team of 7 on a mixed mechanical/software packaging design team. The work environment is innovative and offers opportunities to work with industry-leading technology.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $107000.00 - $190000.00/yr.
