Mechanical Engineer
Job Title: Mechanical EngineerJob Description Candidates will be responsible for the test development protocols and documentation within the QMS for a regulated medical device. They will also be involved in developing tests and documenting the results for a mechanical product, with a focus on design or redesign as needed for the product. Responsibilities + Develop test protocols and procedures for mechanical devices. + Document test results according to QMS standards. + Participate in the design or redesign of mechanical products. + Ensure compliance with regulated environment standards. + Utilize SolidWorks for mechanical design and development. + Work with test engineering and test equipment. Essential Skills + 3+ years experience in Mechanical Engineering. + Experience in a regulated environment. + Proficiency in QMS and documentation processes. + SolidWorks proficiency. + Experience with test development and test equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in the medical device industry. + Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Work Environment This role is based in an R&D Lab for prototyping as well as mechanical design and development for cutting-edge projects that will impact the healthcare industry. The environment is fast-paced and involves working on innovative projects aimed at expanding capabilities in various healthcare applications. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
