We are targeting a June 2nd start date in either Newark, DE or Marlborough, MA, apply today ! **Key Responsibilities:** + Support product design, testing, and prototype development. + Work closely with Product Owners and senior engineers. + Conduct feasibility studies and testing of new designs. + Provide design information to vendors and operations. + Participate in continuous product improvement projects. + Create and manage project schedules, reporting progress to management. + Assist in developing and validating product components and systems. + Follow and contribute to quality standards and processes. + Maintain professional development and industry knowledge. + Manage multiple projects under senior engineer supervision. **Qualifications:** + **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. + **Experience:** 0-1 years in a similar role. + **Skills:** + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. + Ability to work in a team and independently. + Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and troubleshooting equipment. + Strong communication and time management skills. + Familiarity with Agile, Oracle, Six Sigma, SPC, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Lean Manufacturing, and Root Cause Analysis is beneficial. **Travel:** Up to 10% **So why join Hologic?** We are committed to making Hologic the company where top talent comes to grow. The annualized base salary range for this role is $62,900 - $98,400 and is bonus eligible.
