Contributes to the technical delivery of projects that generate new products, processes and understanding which have commercial value to JM. Works independently on specific engineering tasks within required time frame with support available and regular checks by supervisor or senior colleague

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Follow the Safety, Health and Environmental standards and other regulations in the maintenance team and monitor & ensure that all field work activities are carried out in accordance to the specified requirements.  Coordinate and support daily mechanical work activities and be responsible for their safety and work performance.   Collect site building, utility and equipment CAD drawing and good understand building structure and equipment function.Set up management system for conveyor, oven, Robot, pump, piping, Vacuum and so on. Keep equipment running smoothly. Keep all the supplier activity under safety policy.Responsible for the pre-maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment.  Troubleshoot, coach and provide technical support and solution to field complex maintenance & repair activities which includes all the mechanical and instrument equipment and devices. Do training to technicians.  Other tasks arranged by management team。

on call.  Over time work for emergency response.The continuous production or Chemical industry. 

QUALIFICATIONS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE 

Bachelor's degree or above, in mechanical engineering or related major is required.  5+year experience in mechanical maintenance activities. Be familiar with AutoCAD. Working experience in Chemical plant.   Have the excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear and concise details regarding building-related and Production Process-related issues.Have solid knowledge and practical skills in mechanical maintenance and familiar with Conveyor, Oven, Vacuum, Pumps and pipeline etc.
