Job Title: Mechanical EngineerJob Description We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to design HVAC equipment under the guidance of a professional engineer. You will perform system design calculations, analyze HVAC system options with industry standards, and be familiar with relevant building codes and standards. Your role will also involve managing personal tasks for technical accuracy and timely delivery in liaison with senior engineers. Essential Skills + Mechanical engineering experience + Mechanical design experience + Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus) + Familiarity with building design and codes + Mechanical drafting skills + HVAC system design and engineering + 2+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) + Experience with project types such as healthcare, data centers, central plants, municipals, etc. + Familiarity with ASHRAE Standards + LEED certification + Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields Additional Skills & Qualifications + E.I.T (Engineering in Training) + P.E (Professional Engineer) - Highly preferred + Revit experience + Energy engineering + Sustainable energy knowledge + AutoCAD design skills Work Environment You will work on multiple project types, primarily within the metro area.
