Responsibilities + Filter Design and Optimization: + Develop and optimize filters for diverse applications, ensuring efficiency and reliability. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate filters into larger mechanical systems. + Prototype Development: + Create prototypes of filter designs for testing and validation purposes. + Conduct performance evaluations and implement necessary improvements. + Research and Development: + Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies related to filtration. + Drive continuous improvement through innovative design solutions. + Testing and Validation: + Plan and execute rigorous testing protocols to validate filter performance. + Analyze test results and modify designs accordingly. + Documentation and Reporting: + Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and testing reports per ISO requirements. + Communicate findings and recommendations to the sales and engineering team. + Collaboration: + Work closely with cross-functional teams, including industrial engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance. + Provide technical support to various departments as needed. Essential Skills + Mechanical engineering + FEA analysis + Filtration + SolidWorks + AutoCAD + Sheet metal + Fiberglass Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering + 5 years of filtration design experience + 5 years of experience with Inventor or SolidWorks Work Environment This is an office-based role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams.
