What You’ll Do:

Design and optimize HVAC systems, ensuring energy efficiency and performance while meeting client specifications. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to execute projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Use your strong analytical skills to troubleshoot system performance issues and provide innovative solutions. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the process. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and clearly communicate your findings to clients and team members. Stay updated on industry trends, construction processes, materials, and relevant regulations to deliver compliant and cutting-edge solutions.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a focus on HVAC systems. Technical Skills: Excellent mathematical and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail. Creative Problem Solver: A natural curiosity and investigative approach to finding effective solutions. Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner. Project Management: Experience managing projects and budgets is a definite plus. Knowledgeable: Familiarity with construction processes, HVAC materials, and applicable legal regulations. Physical Capability: Ability to visit construction sites and client facilities as required. Certification: A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
