Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Electrical, Software, Systems, and Human Factors engineers, to create high-quality mechanical solutions for medical technology. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop mechanical products, subsystems, and components + Brainstorm and generate innovative product designs + Conduct hands-on testing and prototyping in the lab + Design for plastic injection-molded parts + Utilize SolidWorks (must-have) Nice to have Creo for advanced design solutions + Ensure compliance with QS/ISO standards + Communicate progress effectively with project leadership **Must-Have Qualifications:** + U.S. Citizenship (Must be eligible for Security Clearance) + B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited university) + 5+ years of experience in mechanical design + Proficiency in plastic injection-molded part design + Expertise in SolidWorks (must-have) **Preferred Experience:** + Experience with PDM or Windchill vaults preferred + Hands-on lab and prototype testing skills + Knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2009) + Experience with FEA tools (ANSYS/Abaqus) + Understanding of FDA QSR & ISO 13485 regulations If you’re a motivated, innovative, and detail-oriented engineer ready to make an impact, apply now!
