Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This role involves managing data quality, running tests, and analyzing data to ensure high standards of performance and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be experienced in validation and verification testing, failure mode effects analysis (FMEA), and using tools such as MATLAB for data analysis.
Location: Stoughton WI 53589 (On-Site)
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $40/hour
'Must-Have' Skills: Testing, Validation Testing, Verification Testing Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) 7-Step Problem Solving MATLAB Process Capability Data Analysis Bonus: Coding background (preferred) Education: Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience: Required: 2-4 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, testing, or data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed working diagrams of machinery and mechanical devices, including dimensions, fastening methods, and other engineering information. Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to determine time and cost feasibility for project completion. Investigate equipment failures to diagnose faulty operations and recommend corrective actions. Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products using tools, equipment, or software.
