Production and Operations Support: Assist with optimizing production, packaging, and distribution lines while troubleshooting issues to enhance performance and ensure compliance with safety standards.Contribute to Key Projects: Participate in a significant project that plays a crucial role in the success of the manufacturing campus, driving tangible improvements and achieving strategic goals.Engineering Analysis: Conduct engineering analyses, such as fluid mechanics and thermodynamics, to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes.Technology and Design: Utilize CAD software like AutoCAD and SolidWorks to design and optimize mechanical systems and equipment.Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to guide process improvements and prepare technical reports and presentations.Process Evaluation: Evaluate manufacturing systems to refine processes and integrate new technologies for enhanced productivity.Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analyses of equipment issues and recommend improvements to design, operations, and maintenance.Documentation and Communication: Develop comprehensive documentation and effectively present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.What You Bring:
Education: Current enrollment in bachelor’s Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical) degree program with an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026. GPA of 3.0+ preferred. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Demonstrated leadership skills, solid interpersonal skills, displays initiative, and takes ownership of work. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
