Who we want… (Requirements)
Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail applications. Also, utilize programs for calculating loads and performing cost analysis. Proficiency with AutoCAD is needed as well as working knowledge of Revit.

QualificationsWhat we expect… (Essential Functions)
Researches, analyzes and calculates data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.Prepares design criteria and bid packages for pricing by subcontractors.Participates in estimating process for building systems.Analyzes subcontractor proposals to confirm criteria is being satisfied.Reviews construction documents and construction installed from subcontractors to confirm compliance with scope and contract documents.Reviews and updates engineering design standards.Other duties may be assigned.
