This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced mechanical engineer to utilize their skills, experience and ingenuity to work with our highly experienced wood products sales, marketing and product engineering professionals to bring new products and solutions to life. We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Research and Development team to design and build prototype manufacturing lines for our new products.
Key Functions:

Problem-Solving:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to engineering challenges.Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.What We Offer
Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $94,977-$171,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10%-20% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
