Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesOur business unit Load Cells & Platforms (LCPF) develops weighing sensors as well as hardware and software platforms for the entire global METTLER TOLEDO Group. For our operational global headquarters in Nänikon/Greifensee, we are looking for a new member of the Load Cells team in our Research & Development (R&D) department as a Mechanical Engineer Strain Gauge Sensors 100% (all genders).
In this role, your responsibilities would include: You design and develop strain gauge-related manufacturing processesYou optimize, validate, and qualify components, processes, and proceduresYou are responsible for qualifying strain gauge base transducers, components, materials, and manufacturing processesYou coordinate the PLM processes in strong collaboration between the design owner unit and the manufacturing unitsYou organize and execute load cell-related projects in the field of strain gauge transducers with a strong focus on manufacturing implementationYou provide technical support on strain gauge transducer products to other departments in R&D and operations in Switzerland and ChinaWhat You Need to Succeed

The following requirements are necessary for this role:
