Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the centre of everything we do. **About this role** Focus Areas- + New Product Development + HVAC Engineering, Parametric Design, Airflow Management, Controls + Product Documentation + Project Management Key Responsibilities + Clean Up / Update Product Data + Configure and build CAD models to assist in speedy decision-making on NPD projects + Develop test cases to validate Product Design and Software + Support engineering projects by organizing parts for prototype builds and working with mechanics and model shop to build parts and assemblies + Work with the design team in developing purchased parts specifications + Attend company functions, lunch and learns, and networking events + Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks **Required Qualifications** + Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. + GPA must be greater than or equal to a 3.0 GPA + Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. **Preferred Qualifications** + Relevant coursework or previous internships preferred + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications + Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills + Self-driven and proactive + Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities + Ability to communicate effectively at all levels + Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects + Programming skills or experience preferred (Java / JavaScript / Regular Expressions / XML / VBA) \#EarlyCareers RSRCAR **Pay Range:** $41,000 - $96,450 Annually **_Carrier is An Equal_** **_Opportunity/Affirmative_** **_Action Employer.
