Job Summary: The Mechanical Engineering Internship position serves as an essential part of our design\/build efforts and customer\/field support in either our Construction or Industrial Departments. The goal for the internship is for the intern to gain valuable real-world work experience in their desired career path, while giving Moore's additional support within operations.\n

Responsibilities:\n\nSupport field operations while gaining valuable experience in construction methods\nWork with a Senior Designer on a current project \nLearn the entire design process and gain experience in each step\nShadow our Virtual Design Construction Team to see how designs are implemented in the field\nWork with a Project Manager to see designed projects come to life\n\n

Requirements:\n\nUndergraduate student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering\nExcellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work independently while maintaining a team-first mindset\nDesire to learn and grow\nTransportation and ability to commute to the Altavista Offices\nGreat sense of humor\n\n
