Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we’re looking to add a Mechanical Engineering Intern located in our Milpitas, CA site.

Reporting to the Director, Operations Engineering, the Intern will assist with daily engineering tasks while learning, collaborating and working alongside Engineers and cross-functional teams.

What a typical day looks like:

Assist Engineering Team with time studies, reviewing documentation, drawings and CAD Monitor Engineering DOE (Design Of Experiment) projectsCollaborate with Engineering Team with writing reports and reporting findings to teamAttend team meetings and support project work as needed

Student qualities we’re seeking for this internship assignment:

Junior/Senior student pursuing Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Bachelor's degreeCAD tools (Solidworks) experienceKnowledge of Lean/Six Sigma helpfulEnthusiastic about working in a manufacturing environmentHighly collaborative, creative and excellent communication skillsPrevious internship experience a plus!

Internship Program Requirements:
