Responsibilities

Advise and support sales and customers in the selection of the correct equipment for specific applicationsProvide technical support and direction for existing product linesAbility to travel for customer training, presentations, machine/cycle optimization and support field installationsDirect the work of process engineers, Technical Service engineer/manager to collect data for machine sizingAssist process engineers in their duties of installing customer molds to demonstrate machines for customer acceptance and sales demonstrationsBecome a subject matter expert with all Milacron control systemsDesign and perform testing as required for future sizing requirementsDesign and perform testing as required for future machine design criteriaComplete and document machine/processing testingAbility to provide technical reports to customers, engineering and suppliersCommunicate with sales force, customers, engineering and organization in a professional mannerAbility to travel for trade shows for setup/teardown and during the showAbility to lift or move up to 50 poundsAbility to work around moving equipment, fork trucks, cranes, heavy equipment, etc.Ability to work flexible hours on short notice

2 Year Degree in Engineering Technology and 2 years of related experience , Bachelor degree preferred
