What will set you apart:

6 months – 1 year experience as machine harvesting operator.Ability to operate tractors and mechanized harvesting machinery.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Bi-lingual English/Spanish. Additional Info

What you will need:

Knowledge of organically approved maintenance.Ability to safely operate pickup, trailer, pressure washer, air compressor, and other basic tools.Able to travel out of town depending on business need.Able to travel 5 months out of the year, as required to: Yuma, Coachella & WestmorlandHave a valid driver’s license and a clean DMV driving record.Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
