**Job Title: Mechanical Helper** **Job Description** Skilled trades workers needed to assist with the installation of a custom designed, mechanized conveyor system. Qualified individuals will be required to provide their own tools. Ideally, someone who has performed work as a millwright, carpenter, HVAC Tech, Repair Tech, or automotive/diesel tech. Persons will have used their skills to move, assemble, dismantle, or install machinery or conveyor systems. The ability to read and execute according to technical blueprints is a must. Candidates must be comfortable with heights and might have to work up to a height of 3 stories. Our team will be working 10 hours per day with an additional hour for lunch, over a period of 21 consecutive days including one day break in the middle. After the 21 days, employees have one full week off at their expense. **Responsibilities** + Assist with the installation of a mechanized conveyor system + Move, assemble, dismantle, or install machinery or conveyor systems + Read and execute technical blueprints + Work comfortably at heights up to 3 stories + Provide own tools for the job **Essential Skills** + Mechanical and construction skills + 2-3+ years of construction experience + Ability to read assembly prints + Proficiency with hand tools, scissor lifts, power tools, and steel assembly **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience as a millwright, carpenter, HVAC Tech, Repair Tech, or automotive/diesel tech + Own set of tools required + Comfortable working at heights up to three stories in a scissor lift **Why Work Here?** Large company with consistent project-based work. The work involves 10-hour shifts, with a schedule of 10 days on, 1 day off, 10 days on, and 9 days off.
