Job Description
We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual who is very comfortable with hand and power tools and has previous installation experience, such as machinery or robotics. The role involves installing robotic arms, sub-stations, and internal site fencing, primarily at mezzanine and sub-mezzanine levels. The ideal candidate can read blueprints and handle a range of tasks, from using power tools to moving materials.
ResponsibilitiesInstall 20 robotic arms and approximately 40 sub-stations.Set up internal site fencing.Perform tasks on mezzanine and sub-mezzanine levels.Use hand and air-powered tools to commission towers according to diagrams.Move, strap, and catalogue materials using pallet jacks.Run wiring for power supply.Follow step-by-step instructions.Assist project teams with commissioning and cleaning warehouse.Build robotic arms and stations.Essential SkillsMechanical aptitude.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Ability to read and understand blueprints.Experience in general installation labor, including moderate to heavy lifting.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift 40-50 lbs consistently.Excellent attendance record.Previous traveling experience.Ability to excel in small groups with little to no instruction.Must pass Avik/Amazon Criteria testing.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment includes Amazon Distribution Centers, which are under construction and can be messy, loud, and sometimes crowded. High visibility with the client requires a presentable and professional appearance. Required attire includes PPE such as high visibility vests, glasses, hard hats, A6 gloves, and steel toe shoes/boots. Jeans and t-shirts are acceptable, but loose, baggy clothing should be avoided.
