Compensation: $125-130K/yearLocation: Pasadena, TXWork Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+Duration: Direct HireBenefits: Comprehensive benefits provided by Client Responsibilities Use knowledge of Industry Best Practices to serve as program leader and continuously improve Client's Asset Management Program Address all Mechanical Integrity questions and utilize technical expertise to make decisions in support of Client's plant Inspection activities. Work closely with Client's Maintenance groups to ensure effective Predictive & Preventative Maintenance programs Work with Corporate and Plant HSES groups to ensure Client's Mechanical Integrity Program is following local and federal laws. Ensure that all PSM requirements are seamlessly integrated into Client's Mechanical Integrity Program Function as the corporate liaison between Client's Engineering and Maintenance groups on all Asset Management issues Develop maintenance standards and procedures with applicable KPI’s to ensure proper to program effectiveness Communicate Asset Management Program goals, drivers, and summaries to various audiences to provide status and garner support for the program Provide technical support and perform business process owner responsibilities for GE APM/Meridium (Mechanical Integrity software) and SAP Plant Maintenance modulePerform detailed design calculations and sizing as required for capital project mechanical scope items Drawing review and approval for all fabricated equipment to ensure design meets all applicable industry and internal standards and code requirements Support on-site mechanical integrity group by reviewing, modifying, and approving all repair plans for fixed equipment and piping  Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Demonstrated working knowledge of inspection procedures, maintenance and reliability and industry best practices within the chemical/manufacturing environment typically obtained after 8 or more years of experience in a related fieldExperience developing standard work processes In depth knowledge of ASME Section VIII, API 570, 650, 653 industry codes Strong working knowledge of Mechanical Integrity and OSHA PSM requirementsSAP Maintenance experience Experience in root cause analysis, failure mode and effects, and asset criticality assessment Experience with Maintenance Turnarounds Experience implementing and maintaining effective Mechanical Integrity programs
