Mechanical Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** + Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment. + Perform maintenance on cranes, forklifts, and other mobile equipment. + Follow all safety practices and rules to ensure equipment is operating safely. + Perform preventive, predictive, and emergency electrical maintenance on various systems. + Implement process improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency. + Use standard and specialized tools to assess and troubleshoot issues. + Maintain accurate records of projects, including machine assembly, start-up, and installation. + Participate in daily meetings to prioritize and review the daily schedule of work. + Operate forklifts, man lifts, cranes, etc. + Work in various plant areas and environmental conditions, including heights and confined spaces. **Essential Skills** + 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Experience working with motors, controls, power supplies, and AC/DC theory. + Experience with power distribution, VFDs, and PLCs. + Troubleshooting skills. + Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. + Maintenance and repair expertise. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with welding, rigging, carpentry work, and performing miscellaneous repairs. + Ability to operate various machinery and equipment. + Strong problem-solving skills. + Ability to work in different environmental conditions and at various heights. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Washington, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $59072.00 - $110000.00/yr. Washington Plants: • Insurance: o Medical, dental, and vision coverage. o $0 coverage premiums – Employees will not see anything deducted from their paychecks for any of these 3 coverages. o Employees are only responsible for copays and deductibles.  Copays: Between $20-$50, depending on what it’s applied to.  Deductibles: $500 for Individual Coverage; $1,000 for Family Coverage. o Provider: Blue Cross Blue Shield Highmark. • Retirement: o ATI contributes $3.15 to the employee’s 401K for every hour that they work (both standard and OT hours count). **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Washington,PA. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Feb 8, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
