What You’ll Do

🔧 Keep Things Running – Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and essential facility systems (plumbing, electrical, refrigeration). Your work directly impacts the safety and efficiency of our operations!

🛠 Hands-On Problem Solving – Perform inspections, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems. You’ll work with advanced automation, sensors, pressure switches, and more.

❄ Stay Cool Under Pressure – Help maintain our refrigeration systems, ensuring proper function in our cold storage environments.

🚀 Elevate Your Skills – Work with material handling equipment, power tools, welding apparatus, and motorized lifts to tackle challenges head-on.

📋 Stay Organized & Communicate – Maintain reports, log inspections, and keep leadership informed about equipment operations and needed repairs.

What We’re Looking For

✔ 1+ year of maintenance experience (or trade school equivalent) in building, material handling, or refrigeration maintenance
✔ Ability to use power and hand tools with confidence
✔ Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✔ Basic computer skills and ability to communicate across teams
✔ Comfortable working in cold storage (-20°F) or dry storage (up to 100°F) with PPE provided
✔ Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work at heights if required

Pay Range:$21.15 - $36.25
