Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $29.50 starting rate

Candidates can expect 60+ hours per week. $29.50 x 40 = $1,180$44.25 (OT Pay) x 25 = $1,106

Total projected weekly compensation: $2,286 per week

Total projected annual compensation: $118,000 - $120,000

Shift: 8pm - 6:30am (Monday through Saturday, possible Sundays as well)

While the hour requirements are substantial, this is not a highly demanding job while you are on the clock. This is a fairly laid back and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

Ensure production and support equipment are functioning properly. Conveyor systems and bottling equipment. Perform preventative maintenance procedures.Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.Make repairs or adjustments to equipment as needed.Perform basic electrical duties (replace motors, switches, etc.).Perform package changeovers on lines as required.Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards.

Requirements:

Previous maintenance experience is required

Good safety record.Ability to receive and follow instructions.Ability to work well and get along with other employees and/or customers.In the event of drivers, to have a good MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
