JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work with our mechanical engineering team in developing new solutions and supporting existing test solutions at the Wilsonville, OR site.
* Heavily utilize development and debug skills for the development of mechanical interfaces and components used on multi-rack automated test stations.
* Developing designs, documentation modification, production support
* Contribute to the success of a cross-functional team to develop solutions to production and field testing problems. This could include initial design, prototyping, and environment testing solutions.
* Develop and review product designs and analyze development and design requirements
* Design of test fixtures, cables, interconnects and associated documentation
* Perform tolerance analysis
* Prepare and present project / technical information to peers, internal management and customers
* Plan and manage tasks effectively
* Specific tasks include enclosure structural design, thermal, vibration, other environmental considerations, design verification, prototype build and production transition to the factory.
* Perform assignments requiring the use and application of moderate to complex mechanical engineering principles and techniques.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a US Citizen or Perm Resident
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
* 3-5 years related experience
* Must be detail oriented
* Must be able to excel in a team environment where the individual will interact with various engineering teams comprised of other mechanical engineers, mechanical drafters, electrical engineers, software engineers and system engineers.  
* Must have excellent working knowledge with Solidworks,
* Must have excellent working knowledge with NX Designer
* Must have excellent working knowledge with 3D printing
* Must have excellent working knowledge with AutoCAD, or similar design tools.
* Must have experience working in production
* Must be capable of performing mechanical design and analysis to meet system requirements.
* Must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
